Our Full Time Football and Education Academy offers aspiring 16-19-year-olds a unique blend of professional football coaching and sporting education courses over 2 years. The academy operates from satellite campuses across North, West, South, and East London, As well as partner sixth forms, attracting local talent and fostering development through the first-team pathway.

The Football Education Program offers a dual pathway to success by integrating rigorous academic studies with professional football coaching. The program is designed for students who are passionate about football but also want to ensure they achieve strong academic qualifications. Our Academies offer players a unique opportunity to enhance their opportunities whilst preparing for higher education or a professional football career.

Our academies serves as a stepping stone to professional football careers. Whether through direct recruitment to professional or non league clubs or education and employment. The academy opens doors for talented players to pursue their dreams of playing football at the highest levels. We have had numerous players sign at academy level and 1st team level to the likes of Chelsea, Crystal palace, Arsenal, Empoli FC and various non league clubs from step 1-7.

Our former football education players have a 98% success rate in their exam results, to help continue their educational studies, with 100% of our former players progressing onto higher education or employment.

Player Pathways

Character Building

Beyond the technical aspects of the game, Each academy places a strong emphasis on character development. Through teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, players learn important life skills that extend far beyond the football field. They learn the value of hard work, resilience in the face of challenges, and the importance of sportsmanship.

Football

Coaching Sessions: Delivered by UEFA-licensed coaches, students will receive 8-10 hours of professional football training weekly.

Tournaments and Matches: Participation in ECFA Cat 1 League, FA Youth cup and various tournaments. Players will also have oppurtunities to play in monthly showcase games against professional academies to give players experience and scouting opportunities.

Sports Science Support: Access to fitness assessments, injury prevention workshops, and nutrition advice to maximize performance.

Academic

Students will enrol in a standard academic program at the partnering institution, studying subjects of their choice (A-Levels, BTEC, etc.).

Study Support: Academic teachers will work with students to ensure they maintain strong academic performance while balancing their football training commitments.

Flexible Timetables: A tailored timetable that balances study time with football training to ensure academic success is not compromised.

Additional Oppurtunities

Guest Speakers: Regular visits from 1st team players and coaches to inspire and educate students on career opportunities.

Mentorship: One-on-one mentorship and career guidance from The Bees Academy staff to help students plan their futures.

Workshops: Life skills workshops covering topics such as time management, mental health in sport, and career planning.
